This blend is the flagship of the La Casetta farm, it is created with the best pressings of particularly valuable olives. The oils are suitably blended to give balance and highly appreciated scents.
The olives are harvested at the right veraison stage, first ten days of October, and pressed within 12 hours of harvesting. This allows to obtain the high quality of this blend at the expense of the quantity which is very low.
San Pietro nutraceutical boasts high contents of polyphenols. With an intake of 20 g of this nutraceutical oil you will contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidation. More information is HERE.
It is a high quality extra virgin olive oil selected in some regional and national competitions, such as:
