Quality extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives of all the varieties present in the "La Casetta" farm, such as: Leccino, Carboncella, Frantoio and Sargano.
The olives are harvested after mid-October and pressed within 24 hours. Such a short time between harvesting and extraction allows the quality of this oil to be enhanced.
