This chocolate-colored variant has hints of spices and dried fruit. The spiciness, even if lower than the Assham red variety, is still very high. In fact, it fluctuates around 800,000 Scoville degrees.
Cultivated at "La Casetta" harvested and immediately cleaned, washed and dried.
Drying takes place by means of a dryer with a current of air at 30/35°C. According to HACCP standards.
No sun and no dust!!!
