Oil obtained with olives of the "Leccino" variety only. Obtained from olives selected for quality and degree of ripeness in order to be able to provide the true characteristics of this variety. The olives are harvested at the right veraison stage, first ten days of October, and pressed within 12 hours of harvesting. This early harvest allows for high quality to be obtained at the expense of production which is instead low.
It is a high quality oil as evidenced by the awards:
