This Moruga is probably a cross between a simple Trinidad Scorpion and some other variety that is always extremely hot.
The fruits of the Moruga, with a very spicy flavor and aroma of tropical fruit, have a truly extreme level of spiciness.
Moruga was considered the spiciest on planet Earth until 2013, as in some measurements of spiciness it reached 2,000,000 Scoville degrees even though the average of its spiciness value is 1,207,764 SHU degrees.
