Trinidad Moruga Scorpion hot pepper NOT chopped, whole cut in half.
The origins of this pepper are to be found in Central America and more precisely in the district of Moruga in the state of Trinidad and Tobago (Caribbean islands).
This Moruga is probably a cross between a simple Trinidad Scorpion and some other variety that is always extremely hot.
The fruits of the Moruga, with a very spicy flavor and aroma of tropical fruit, have a truly extreme level of spiciness.

The Moruga was considered the spiciest on planet Earth until 2013 as, in some measurements of the spiciness, it reached 2,000,000 Scoville degrees even if the average of the measurements stood at 1,207,764 SHU degrees.

Cultivated at "La Casetta" harvested and immediately cleaned, washed and dried.
Drying takes place by means of a dryer with a current of air at 30/35°C. According to HACCP standards.
No sun and no dust!!!
Dried whole (not shredded), cut in half.
If you buy it because there are seeds, know that the peppers come from NOT isolated plants and therefore the seeds will not produce pure plants but crossings.
