Aesthetically very particular pepper as it matures starting from the green color, passing through black and then arriving at a bright, brilliant red. It is also called Acrata or Black Death.
It has the classic scent of red pepper but reaches very high levels of spiciness that fluctuate around 100,000 Scoville degrees.

It has the classic scent of red pepper but reaches very high levels of spiciness that fluctuate around 100,000 Scoville degrees.
The fruits, about 5 cm long, are straight and grow vertically towards the sky; the whole plant has a slight down.
Cultivated at "La Casetta" harvested and immediately cleaned, washed and dried.
Drying takes place by means of a dryer with a current of air at 30/35°C. According to HACCP standards.
No sun and no dust!!!
