Whole BIO soft wheat, rich in proteins, selected by cooking and/or germination (in grains). Once cooked, it can be dressed in salads, sautéed in sauces and sauces, added to legumes, used in soups, stuffed, baked au gratin: it will always be excellent. It is an excellent alternative to spelled.

The cooking time is about 90 minutes for the grains. The pressure cooker cuts cooking times in half.
