These Tenera Ascolana olives, famous all over the world, have the characteristic flavor and texture, crunchy on the outside, soft pulp and easily separable stone. No flavorings or preservatives are added during processing. Conservation takes place in brine without any pasteurization to keep the organoleptic characteristics unaltered.

These Tenera Ascolana olives, famous all over the world, have the characteristic flavor and texture, crunchy on the outside, soft pulp and easily separable stone. No flavorings or preservatives are added during processing. Conservation takes place in brine without any pasteurization to keep the organoleptic characteristics unaltered.
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, as a side dish to grilled or baked meats, or, according to the Ascoli tradition, the larger ones are stuffed and fried.
The olives used are grown on the La Casetta farm and are certified organic farming. Due to the debit method used (Sevillian method) the package cannot bear the wording from organic farming.
